[ Purchasing and downloading entitles you or your named business to use the music in any of your productions. This can be as many productions and for as long as you want. Please read the License Agreement below for details. ]

1. [ Break-Beats.co.uk grants this license to the named individual or business (Licensee). By purchasing music and/or receiving music from break-beats.co.uk. The Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this license. ]

2. [ This license is non-transferable and is validated by proof of purchase. Licensee cannot share, re-sell, reproduce or otherwise transfer music to any other individual(s) or business. ]

3. [ Uses may be worldwide subject to these terms. ]

4. [ This license grants mechanical, synchronization and editing rights to use the music in an audio/visual context. The music must be in synchronization with other audio and/or visual effects.In the case of MP3's, Items may be used in any context, but not re-sold or re-distributed in any form. ]

5. [ The music may not be used unaccompanied or as a solo item, or incorporated into other music catalogues or any device capable of reproducing the music as a solo item. Licensee may only duplicate the music for the purposes of allowing synchronization (see 4 above), or for archiving/achieving compatibility with licensee's production equipment. ]

6. [ The copyright does not transfer to the licensee. All rights remain the property of the copyright owner. ]

7. [ The Licensee hereby agrees to defend and indemnify Break-Beats.co.uk its agents and employees free from any suit of damages or any other responsibility, resulting from use of the music by Licensee, including claims against Licensee by third parties resulting from any use of the music. ]

8. [ If the Licensee does not comply with the terms of this license, or fails to pay for the license of the music, all rights granted to Licensee shall terminate, and Break-Beats.co.uk reserves the right to any other remedy available by law. Any disputes shall be subject to settlement under United Kingdom law. ]

9. [ License may be amended by Break-Beats.co.uk at anytime without giving prior notice. ]

10. [ In no circumstances whatsoever will break-beats.co.uk be liable in respect of any omissions or errors in connection with this website or any of its recordings. Any similarity in productions to any other recording is quite unintentional. ]

11. [ Break-Beats.co.uk will not be responsible if the contents of these samples do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. Sounds are however designed to loop, edit, reproduce using any sampler, sequencer or software. ]

12. [ Break-Beats.co.uk reserves the right to deny order requests. ]

13. [ Preview files are for demonstration purposes only, no parts of the recordings, in part or in full should be modified, edited or used for any purpose. ]

14. [ The free samples on this site are for testing purposes only, and no part of the recordings in part or in full should be edited, modified, or used for any commercial purpose. The recordings should only be used for testing and synchronization purposes. ]
